WHY RSCF
A Career with Real Conservation Impact
RSCF is a small, specialized organization, which means every person on our team makes a direct, measurable difference. You won't be a number here. You'll be part of rare species recovery programs that span four continents and decades of results.

Rare Species, Every Day
Work hands-on with psittacines, small primates, and African ungulates that few facilities in the world maintain, including animals central to active reintroduction programs.

Programs that Reach the Field
Our work connects directly to repatriation efforts in Kenya, parrot recovery in the Eastern Caribbean, and reintroduction programs in South America.

A Dedicated Team
RSCF is intentionally lean. You'll collaborate directly with leadership and specialists across programs, not navigate layers of bureaucracy.

Room to Grow
We invest in team members who show initiative. Whether in animal care, program coordination, or development, there is real opportunity to expand your role over time..
