Found only in the Atlantic Forest fragments of Bahia, Brazil, the Golden-headed Lion Tamarin is a small primate with a mane as brilliant as the persimmon boughs it climbs, illustrated here on a sage green ground bordered in classical red, in the spirit of Japanese woodblock art.
Part of RSCF's Ukiyo-e Series, each design supports the Rare Species Conservatory Foundation's work protecting species on the edge of extinction.
